• Terms such as payment deadlines and VAT inclusion are outlined in your service agreement.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled in writing, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful, internal business purposes.
• Not resell, license, or modify our AI systems without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, and content are owned by Automated AI or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for your internal business use.

6. Service Availability

Services are offered on a "best efforts" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in England and Wales.
